Chief Keef is facing more legal troubles. According to TMZ, the Chicago rapper is being suing by Kim Productions for not appearing at a Cleveland charity event he was allegedly scheduled to attend last June.
The suit states that Keef was paid a $15,000 deposit with another $10,000 to be given to him on the day of the event.
It also claims the RapCure cancer benefit concert was cancelled because Keef bailed out of his performance at the last-minute. As a result, ticket buyers were refunded for the cost of the show causing the charity event to lose money.
Kim Productions is suing Keef for $26,000 for cost of the deposit for his appearance fee, theater, lights, equipment, advertising, tickets, and an order of chicken wings.
RapCure was started by a high school senior in order to help raise money for local Cleveland charities. At the time this article was published the RapCure website still featured advertisements for a Chief Keef show sponsored by the organization including the flyer below.
