Nashville's Population Growth Slows!

The Tennesseean is reporting that for the first time since 2011, Nashville population growth has slowed down to under 100 people per day. Census estimates say that our city's population grew by 94 people per day from 2016-2017. In addition, real estate prices have moderated and a record-setting run of monthly tourism growth ended leading many to believe the golden days of the Nashville boom are over! SOURCE
