Realtor.com released their list of the 10 hottest real estate markets for millennials and Clarksville ranked HIGH! Really high! Clarskville came in 3rd on the list with a median list price of $226,800 and 31.8% of all mortgages going to people aged 20-29. The only cities ahead of Clarksville were Duluth, MN and Evansville, IN. Check out the full list HERE
