In addition to people risking their lives on scooters throughout Nashville, the scooters have caused physical damages to people that weren't even riding. Metro Police say several people have been arrested within the past year for numerous reasons surrounding the scooters, such as vandalism and even assault. The one that caught my eye was Adam Mann, who hit a man in the head with his Bird Scooter last month at Ascend Amphitheater last month. He was charged with aggravated assault. SOURCE
