Opry Mills, Green Hills, RiverGate malls reopening during Phase 1

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —Popular Davidson County malls are reopening Monday as part of Metro's Phase 1 plan.

Opry Mills, the Mall at Green Hills and RiverGate Mall are all opening their doors for the first time in weeks.

While the malls are welcoming customers again, not all stores are reopening and social distancing rules are in place.

As part of the reopening plan, retailers can only open at half-capacity and all workers must wear face masks and be screened for temperatures.

Limited stores and restaurants plan to partially reopen at The Mall at Green Hills on May 13. Hours will be Monday-Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m.-6 p.m.See more here.

RiverGate Mall is planning to reopen on May 11 with new hours. The mall will open from Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The mall says customers must be wearing face masks at all times when inside the mall.

Opry Mills is opening at 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Meanwhile, other malls have reopened as part of Gov. Bill Lee's "Tennessee Pledge." CoolSprings Galleria, the Governor's Square and Lebanon Outlet Marketplace.
