The feud between the estate of Nipsey Hussle and Crips Co over the "Marathon" trademark has ended. According to Nipsey's brother Samiel Asghedom, the two sides have come to a settlement in the lawsuit over the trademark. Back in October, Nipsey's estate sued the gang's corporation over Nip's "The Marathon Continues" slogan claiming Crips Co. filed for a trademark 2 months after Nip was gunned down outside his Marathon Clothing Store. The final terms of the settlement are being worked out and should be wrapped up soon.
