Cardi B Fans On Instagram Are Convinced She's Having Twins! Cardi B posted an Insta video saying that she's got a big announcement and fans are guessing that she's pregnant with twins. In the video clip, Cardi B is clearly excited and she said that she's scared but excited. One fan chimed in saying, "yas Cardi, she is excited and scared so for sure she is having two babies!". Another fan wrote, "omg imagine it's twins or triplets". The rapper plans on announcing her news tomorrow. I can't imagine having twins.
