This may be the most ridiculous lawsuit ever! Cardi B's trial over a stolen tattoo has been set for next month. Kevin Michael Brophy claims that his life was ruined after his back tat of a snake and tiger was superimposed on a man that was between her legs on her debut mixtape cover. Brophy first filed the lawsuit in 2017. After the two sides couldn't come to a settlement in August 2020, March of 2021, and last month, the trial will begin next month.
Personally, I'm not mad at Cardi for taking this ish to trial! Honestly, she shouldn't even attempted to settle. Just my opinion...
