After seeing a huge increase in takeout sales during the pandemic, Applebee’s has announced their plan to add drive-thru windows to many of its locations. Unlike the conventional outdoor menu and speaker system, Applebee’s will require customers to order ahead of time and then go through the window for pickup. The company will test its drive-thru window at 15 locations this year with the hopes of an “aggressive expansion” within the coming years. What is your favorite chain restaurant?
