Betsy DeVos the new secretary of segregatio...ummm i mean of education was slated to speak at BCU's graduation. This is a woman who has faced lock-outs & backlash ever since she was appointed to her position by president 45. Also it is said that she has a history of caring LESS for HBCU's . So could someone tell me why it might have been a good idea for her to give the commencement speech at a HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGE.... PLEASE
Must say... she did a good job by finishing her speech but she was DONE from the beginning
