Across the country confederate monuments have been coming down like rain March (if you live in Nashville) & this is good sign of change & of course there are people who don't agree with this ... People who would rather see great statues that are dedicated to people & things who are largely responsible for the divide in this country stand tall and fly high...
Black Nashville is pretty conservative when it comes to dealing with such things.. kinda "well it ain't bothering me" type of mentality but those dull roars are getting louder... voices that seemed not to be heard are starting to scream...
In those screams people are lead by their actions... they take them and risks to get a point across...NO DIVIDE WILL LIVE HERE... and yes some may agree that vanadalizing graves and putting paint on statues and what not isnt the answer.. but you must admit that if it doesnt start the conversation.. It grabs much needed attention...
Lets just hope that this isn't a imposter of justice using the golden name of "Black Lives Matter" in vain
