Earlier this week... Sacramento Police responded to a call they got about someone breaking windows attempting to steal cars. The call ended in the DEATH of 23 year old Stephen Clark.. Unarmed Stephen Clark... Stephen Clark that had been killed by these overzealous cops in his own back yard..Stephen Clark who had been shot at 20 times
