In September of 2017 around 11am.. shots rang out at a church in Antioch, killing 1 and wounding several others . The man responsible is Emanuel Samson . A brave usher was the responsible for taking the shooter down .Emanuel was arrested that same day & given NO BOND.
FAST FORWARD
In 2018 on the 22nd day of April.. shots rang out at a Waffle House in Antioch, killing 4 and wounding several others . The man responsible is Travis Reinking . A brave patron was responsible for taking the shooter down... the shooter managed to escape which led to a wide spread search that lasted 24 hours. Travis was arrested that same day & given a 2 Million Dollar bond.
Differences ?!
Well one killer killed more people...
One killer stole a car and led police on a mini chase days prior to...
One killer was arrested by federal authorities..
One killer was believed to be suicidal..
One killer thought Taylor Swift was stalking him..
One killer had gun taken away from him several times by authorities..
So by these descriptions alone which one do you think deserves a bond ? Neither ? Both ? The law seems to adjust based on the person & of course you don't want to think that race anything to do with said adjustments but you can't help but wonder.
