Nashville Police Officer Andrew Delke Pleads Not Guilty On Murder Charge

Officer Andrew Delke was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Daniel Hambrick. We are now finding out that on Wednesday, Delke has pleaded not guilty on the charge.

David Raybin who is Delke's defens attorney had entered the plea for Delke after he didn't come to court. Raybin told reporters that the case would be back in the court room next week. He also filed a motion for "protective and modifying order" That motion would block the evidence from the public before their case reaches a trial.
