A tech company made a "mistake" when they posted a job that "preferred" a white person, is this problematic.. SURE but it is harsh truth of what Black folk fear when going to an interview YES . In the Black community are taught that we have to work 10xs harder than our white counterparts simply because white people largely benefit from privilege.
So when "Cynet" makes a post like this...
It's unfortunately not surprising at all..BOLD.. YES but not surprising..
Honestly i wish more companies said how they felt..it would make job searching a hell of a lot easier
