Travis Barker Joins Forces With Run The Jewels On 'Forever'

2015 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival - Weekend 1 - Day 2

We know we're starting to sound like a broken record here, but seriously has any musician been busier during quarantine than Travis Barker?! The percussionist/producer has done everything from cover Nirvana songs with Post Malone and Rage Against The Machine with Machine Gun Kelly to recording insomnia-fueled drum performances and blink-182 albums. But apparently that's not all.

On Friday (July 31), Barker dropped a new solo single called "Forever" that features Run The Jewels, and it's as explosive as you'd think it'd be. All proceeds from the song and accompanying merch line will benefit the Next Level Boys Academy, "a charity that Killer Mike works closely with focused on helping young men avoid prison [and] develop into stable members of society," states a press release.

Watch the "Forever" video below.

This isn't the first time the drummer has teamed up with the rap duo — he's featured on "All Due Respect" off 2014's RTJ2 and performed with Killer Mike and El-P at Coachella the following year.

"Forever" follows Barker's singles "Drums Drums Drums" featuring Wiz Khalifa, "Dogs**t" featuring Jasiah and Nascar Aloe, and "Gimme Brain" featuring Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, as well as last year's Meet the Drummers EP.
