Tim Bewley is the chief investment officer for Parking Management Company (PMC), a parking services company that was recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list as one the fastest-growing parking and hospitality companies in the United States. In his current role, Bewley leads mergers and acquisitions for PMC, which involves strategic partnerships, investor and board relations, real estate investments, banking matters, and continued in-depth financial involvement with the company. Prior to this role, Bewley served as PMC’s CFO for two years, guiding the company through rapid expansion, two acquisitions, a recapitalization and a share repurchase transaction. Previously, he worked with Pinnacle Financial Partners as senior vice president and financial adviser.
