More Details Released On Nicki Minaj's Brother's Disturbing Rape Case

Well this is disturbing!

According to Bossip, Jelani Maraj’s 12-year-old accuser alleged that he would threaten her with sodomy, which included anal sex threats, as well as physical violence if she didn’t do what he said.

via Bossip:

‘He would make several threats to her,’ Nassau Assistant District Attorney Emma Slane said in court Thursday. ‘If she resisted in any way, he would threaten to engage in anal intercourse with her, which she said would hurt her.’

Slane made the bombshell accusations against Maraj during a hearing in the sex crimes division of Nassau County Supreme Court and said she planned to use the girl’s contentions in Maraj’s upcoming trial.

Slane said she’d introduce evidence at trial that Maraj also used to hit the alleged victim to the point that she would start crying, and when the girl’s younger sibling walked in on Maraj allegedly abusing the girl, he warned the youngster not to tell anyone before slapping the kid in the face.

‘After telling the child not to talk about what happened, he struck (the sibling) in the face,” Slane said. “These children were in fear of him.’”

Theshaderoom reported: The new claims were made just a week after it was reported that Maraj’s lawyers filed several motions to suppress evidence as well as a request to obtain the sexual history of his 12-year-old victim. Maraj’s lawyer, David Schwartz, claims that not only was the victim happy being around Maraj, he also says that Maraj was not the only person she was sleeping with at the time.

“We believe the truth will come out, David Schwartz, Maraj’s lawyer, told us. “The complaining witness in the case and others have a real motive in this case to lie, this never occurred and Jelani is completely innocent.”

The 39-year-old originally had a plea deal of 15 years to life but it was canceled after each side could not come to an agreement to how much time he should serve under a deal.

The trial is set to start mid-April.
