Well Trey at least it's not jail. Last December, Trey Songz was charged with aggravated assault and assaulting a police officer.
According to NY Daily, a police sergeant was punched after the singer became outraged that his performance had to be cut short.
Before his meltdown, Songz alerted the Joe Louis Arena that things would get ugly if they cut off his mic — and they did.

Both charges were dropped which were a part of the plea deal. He is sentenced for 18 months on probation. TMZ reported that he will also attend anger management classes and be ordered to drug tests.
