Just got word that Cardi B and Offset are officially “on break” – just one day after Offset came under FIRE for homophobic rap lyrics in his new song.
We spoke with a person close to Cardi who told us, “Cardi needs some time off . . . there’s so much going on.”
It’s not clear whether Cardi and Offset’s “break” is permanent or whether it’s another “temporary” one.
Cardi’s friend explained, “They always go through stuff but with the cheating [rumors] and now this homophobia stuff . . . it’s just TOO MUCH.”
