Colin Kaepernick received good news after an arbitrator just threw out the NFL's motion to dismiss his collusion lawsuit. Now it looks like NFL owners will have to testify in a full blown trail. Colin is suing the NFL and saying that owner conspired against him to keep him from signing a contract with a team this season.
