Tekashi 6ix9ine is hoping to be a free man before the year ends. 6ix9ine (real name Daniel Hernandez) pleaded guilty to various charges. Codefendants "Shotti" Jordan, Jamel "Mel Murda" Jones, and Jensel "Ish" Butler also pleaded guilty. In a recent phone call with DJ Punch Shotti revealed that he will be serving 11 years behind bars.
Tekashi's attorney, Dawn Florio told TMZ that if the other men strike plea deals and the trial is called off they'll ask a judge to grant him time served which he's been locked up since November. If the judge grants it, 6ix9ine could walk free because he's fulfilled his obligations under his cooperation agreement with authorities.
