The city of Nashville is being sued in Federal Court by a strip club! Deja Vu is suing the city because they were denied a valet parking permit. The club and it's parking contractor The Parking Guys allege the city in involve in a "civil conspiracy" by denying the permit in order to deter customers from visiting the location which violates their First Amendment free speech rights and their Fourteenth Amendment rights, which entitles them to equal protection and due process.
