Here's what the gossip site is saying happened: Cameras caught Tristan entering a nightclub in Hollywood with his all male entourage. However, when he was spotted leaving the club, two women left the club just before Tristan, but they seemed to be part of his crew. Here's where it gets tricky, neither of the women were seen getting in the same SUV as Tristan, but they did follow other members of his entourage in the direction of another vehicle.
