Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly was the talk of social media over the weekend and one of the many reason's why was Robert's older brother, Bruce Kelly. I think we all cringed a little every time Bruce had some camera time and he left us all wondering the reason he was incarcerated. As it turns out, Bruce is currently doing time in Cook County jail for theft, burglary, possession of a controlled substance and an outstanding arrest warrant. His bond is currently set at $100,000.
