Variety posted an article recently claiming that Travis Scott first consulted with Colin Kaepernick before accepting the gig for the halftime show of the upcoming "big game." (So ridiculous that I cannot call the "big game" by it's actual name) The report claims that while Kap and Travis had their differences over a phone conversation, Kap ultimately didn't have a problem with Travis performing because the NFL was going to donate $500K to a social justice organization. Kap has not commented on this situation himself, but many of his friends, including his girlfriend, have come out to call the Variety story false. Full story HERE
