We're getting reports from TMZ that Soulja Boy will be spending some time behind bars. He was just sentenced to 240 days in jail and 265 days of community service for violating his probation.
Soulja appeared in court today and his attorney said that Soulja had an 'awakening' during the past 20 days he's been serving in prison. This didn't seem to phase the judge to let him get off the hook. Soulja Boy will start his sentence right away and has already been credited for 40 days served in prison.
Originally the judge had told Soulja Boy he was considering him to 2 years in state prison, but chose to cut him som slack.
