Media Take Out is reporting Lil Nas X is dating Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter Noah Cyrus. This comes from one of X's family member. Apparently they met at Rolling Loud Festival and hit it off. That family member also said, 'He's happy with his new relationship and we're happy and he's happy!'
