The cost of living in Nashville continues to rise with no end in sight, yet, we are still better off here than a lot of other cities in the country. Gobankingrates.com released their annual list of how much it takes to live comfortably in the 50 largest cities and they're reporting that it takes a yearly income of $84,787 to own a home in the Music City, while the median income is $52,858!
