SmartAsset cpmpared 17 cities across five metrics: the % of listings for which the entire home is available, % of local housing stock that are AirBNBs, local rents compared to AirBNB rates, the % of active AirBNB listings and the average days available per AirBNB.
Not only did the Music City rank 1st on the entire list, almost 86% of all AirBNBs here offer the entire home as an option and the average daily AirBNB rate was 5.7 times the daily rent! Asheville, NC, New Orleans, Austin TX, and LA rounded out the top 5. Check out the full list HERE
