If you thought the R. Kelly case couldn't get any worse, THINK AGAIN! Bossip is reporting that Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Geddes recently sent a letter to R. Kelly's lawyers and revealed that she has Kelly's health records from Walgreen's, Urgent Care, and University Health Systems and it's believed that the government is attempting to prove that Kelly knowingly gave at least one of his victims herpes. Kelly's lawyers have denied this claim, but have yet to respond to Geddes' letter.
