R. Kelly is now in gen pop in a federal prison in Chicago, but that doesn't mean conjugal visits! TMZ is reporting that Kelly's attorney, Steven Greenberg told them that while Kelly's girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary, plan on visiting him frequently, sex will not be permitted.
