Patriot fans rejoicing at their team landing Antonio Brown may want to ease up on the celebrations. TMZ is reporting that Brown recording and releasing the phone call with Raider's coach Jon Gruden was probably against the law. California is a two consent state, meaning in order to record a phone call, both parties must know that the call is being recorded. It is known that Gruden was definitely in California and by all accounts, was unaware the call was being recorded. Brown is believed to have been in California as well as his last knowN whereabouts were just a few minutes away from the Raider's HQ. Gruden could report the call to police, which would launch an investigation on Brown, and then the NFL would have to get involved. While it isn't likely that Brown would receive anything more than a small fine from a criminal court, the NFL could suspend him. Full story HERE
