Donald Trump gave a speech at a Black History Month event last night and while the speech didn't get off to a bad start, he eventually went all Donald Trump in it. In the above clip, Trump compares himself to those that have been unfairly incarcerated, saying:
"Late at night I'd get calls about criminal justice reform. I'd say, 'What's that, please?' And he was explaining about fairness and unfairness. We understand unfairness. I get treated very unfairly too."
If you thought that went to far, Trump went on to say:
“The African American poverty rate has plummeted to the lowest level in the history of our country. These are good numbers. I don’t know. I mean, I should be at 100% I hate to tell you, right?”
In the 2016 election, Trump received 8% of the African American vote, 92% short of what he said he deserves. SOURCE
