Protests Erupt After Kenosha, WI Police Shoot Black Man 7 Times In The Back

Two people are dead and one injured after another night of unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Protests started on Sunday after police shot Jacob Blake, a 29-year-old Black man. Blake's father said he was shot at least seven times and is now paralyzed from the waist down. Overnight, a video posted to social media shows an armed man running away from a large crowd. He trips, falls, then appears to shoot several people as he gets back up. Some reports suggest he was trying to protect a gas station from being set on fire. One protestor told a local TV station, "Until this city hears that the officer has been fired...the city is going to keep burning."

Social media believes the shooter was Kyle Rittenhouse, a young police supporter and militia member. Check out the tweets below...

To make this case even more infuriating, the Kenosha police department were in communication with the man believed to be Kyle Rittenhouse earlier in the evening, giving him water and thanking him for helping them out.
