Kodak Black is in need of assistance and he's taking his need for help all the way to the top. His attorneys have sent a petition to President Trump asking for commutation of his prison sentence. Right now, the Florida-born rapper is locked up in a maximum-security prison in Kentucky, but his legal team feels like he was "erroneously" placed there because of his criminal history. Black's legal team also mentioned his claims of abuse by prison guards while serving his sentence as a reason for commutation.
