A 4th Titans Player Has Tested Positive For COVID-19


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — (UPDATE 9-30)

A fourth Tennessee Titans player has tested positive for COVID-19, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.

Pelissero says the Titans now have four players and five staff members testing positive for the virus.

The team announced Tuesday their plans to work remotely.

"Out of the abundance of caution, the organization has decided to work remotely today as we follow NFL protocols related to the Covid-19 virus. Several tests have come back positive and are working through the process of confirming them. We will have more information tomorrow."

The Titans are slated to play the Pittsburgh Steelers at home Sunday. There are no updates on the game so far.

Right now, the NFL Players Association says all in-person club activities, are suspended. The Vikings, who played the Titans on Sunday, are also suspended in-person club activities.
