Rihanna Makes List Of America's Richest Self-Made Women of 2020

The Forbes list of America’s richest self-made women has been released and the 2020 installment included some notable names and a few surprises. Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and of course Beyonce all made the cut. “These trailblazers, worth a collective $90 billion, have started or helped expand companies that do everything from build rockets to create snowboards to make Covid-19 tests,” the publication notes. Even though the pandemic has crippled some industries, Rihanna’s Fenty x Savage and Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS line have seen record sales. Other notable names on the list, Oprah, worth $2.6 billion, Kylie Jenner, worth $700 million, Madonna at $550 million, Barbara Streisand comes in at $400 million and Taylor Swift comes in at $365 million.
