Kodak Black Heading to Court Over Rape Allegation

Kodak Black is preparing to head back to court over rape allegations. This week, the Florida rapper will be in Florence, South Carolina to face a judge on criminal sexual misconduct charges. The alleged assault happened in 2016 after a lady reported the incident to the school nurse who later went to the authorities. According to the lady, Kodak took the lady to a hotel room took off her clothes, bit her, and raped her. Kodak would later be released on a $100,000 bond. These are obviously very serious and troubling allegations which could land Kodak back in jail for a very long time.
