Grammy Award winner, H.E.R. made her CMT Award debut on Wednesday evening (June 9), and if she has it her way it won’t be her last time hitting the CMT stage. H.E.R. hit the stage with Chris Stapleton for a moving performance of “Hold On.” Talking to ET's Cassie DiLaura, H.E.R. revealed that she has some collaborations on the way with other country artists, however, she couldn’t reveal who they are. When asked if any of the artists were at the CMT Awards, H.E.R. responded, "They might be here. Yes. They might be here…I can't share anything yet but it's coming." H.E.R. and Chris Stapleton had been talking about working together for some time before they hit the stage for the CMTs. She described how Country and R&B have similar roots saying, “the things that connect those two genres are the blues and soul music and gospel music."
