It looks like Popeyes is coming for Chick-Fil-A once again! First it was the great chicken sandwich release of 2019 that caused mass hysteria, now, Popeyes is adding chicken nuggets to its menus nationwide. The chain says the new nuggets are made with seasoned white meat chicken breast that is hand-battered, dipped in buttermilk and fried up fresh to a crispy, golden brown. The nuggets will be available in four to 36-piece orders on July 27th. Customers can also get a 48-piece option through the Popeyes App. I don't know if the nugget release will cause the same stir the chicken sandwich release did, but we will find out soon!
