Pooh Shiesty is no longer trying to delay his trial, according to his legal team, the “Back In Blood” rapper’s trial will start on October 25th. Rolling Stone reports Pooh Shiesty is charged with shooting a man in the butt during a robbery in Florida. According to reports, the robbery included a neon-green McLaren, high-end tennis shoes, marijuana, and liquid codeine. Federal authorities will review “new allegations,” which will lead to a “potential superseding indictment.” Shiesty was linked to the robbery after he flashed a $100 bill on Instagram that matched the serial number of one of the bills found with $400,000 that fell out of the McLaren, which was also registered to Shiesty’s name.
