Kim Kardashian was the second guest host of Saturday Night Live this season. Owen Wilson hosted the season premiere and had one of its all-time lowest premieres. Kim saved the day and boosted the shows ratings by 23% in key demos. Next week the host is Rami Malek and musical guest Young Thug.
I actually watched this episode because I am a huge fan of Weekend Update with Michael Che and Colin Jost and no lie, Kim was pretty good. I was totally expecting her to be a train wreck and simply put, she wasn't. Her opening monologue, while probably written by Michael Che, was a roast of herself and her family and her delivery wasn't bad. Can't believe I'm saying this, good job Kim!
