The hit Netflix show Squid Game is causing a huge interest in people learning Korean. You heard right, tutors are seeing an increase in students that want to learn the language and it's all because of their obsession with Squid Game. The language app Duolingo reports that it's seen a 40 percent increase in people wanting to learn Korean.
Persoanlly, I haven't watched an episode of 'Squid Game' yet, but with all of the hype, I'm going to have to check it out and if it isn't the greatest show of all time, I'm going to need an explanation lol No pressure tho!
