Kanye West is now legally known as "Ye". A Los Angeles judge has approved the singer's request to legally change his name to "Ye", with no middle or last name. Ye filed the paperwork on August 24th and noted the request to change his name was for personal reasons.
I try to be respectful of everyone. If he wants to be called Ye, I'll call him Ye. Having said that, I just don't understand the need for the legal documentation. A lot of people called him Ye any way. Why did he need to legally change it? I guess it's not for me to know or understand, as long as he's happy...
