TMZ has obtained paperwork that detailed an alleged rape that took place back in April between Yella Beezy and an unidentified woman. According to the victim, she was pursued via Instagram and asked out on a date. Beezy and the woman went to dinner and while waiting for a bowling reservation, that was to take place two hours later, the two of them went back to his apartment. According to the paperwork, the two of them talked, played cards and Beezy asked her to give him a massage, which she did. He then forcibly kissed her and pulled her dress up and proceeded to rape her. The following day the woman went to the ER to report the rape. Beezy was arrested on November 5th on charges of felony sexual assault, felony abandoned endangered child and a misdemeanor for carrying a weapon.
