We're two years into the Covid-19 pandemic and many restaurant chains have had to close locations. Eat This, Not That has shared eight restaurant chains that are getting smaller. Among them are Ruby Tuesday, Boston Market, Golden Corrall, and the Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses. Also on the list is Steak and Shake, Quizno's, and-careful saying this one-Fuddruckers.
This is actually no surprise to me. It seems there has been a movement in past years, especially for those of us that live in the city, to eat at locally owned restaurants for numerous reasons, to support small businesses, but also, because of health and ingredients.
