A nutritionist says, breakfast helps to break the overnight fast and helps to kickstart and fuel your day. Eating breakfast also helps you to feel less 'hangry' later. More than 25% of people don't eat breakfast. Almost 70% say they won't wake up before 8am to make something to eat. It is best to eat something within two hours of waking up. Breakfast does not have to be a complex meal. It could be fruit or yogurt, a protein shake.
