Affair August Alsina was taken to task after releasing a song referring to his affair with Jada Pinkett Smith. In the song, August talks about repercussions after being “tangled with the world’s favorite,” he then sings about being canceled and becoming a “target.’ One fan called the song “trash,” while another said he should focus on “making music,” however August said the song was music about his life and called critics, “mad.” “Everybody wanna play Jesus, til its crucifixion time. ThankYou God, for sending your SUN (SoN) To come and pay for the price, & carry all of the spewn hate, projected hurt, & emotional pain within one, being transmitted thru words 2 another.[sic]” August tweeted.
