The Judge denied the bond the first time because the judge believed that Gunna was a threat to his community, and now the judge has denied Gunna's bond again for the same reason. Gunna's lawyers added, "It is intensely problematic that the state relies on song lyrics as part of its allegations. These lyrics are an artist’s creative expression and not the literal recounting of facts and circumstances."
